Start the evening with a glass of Rose bubbly and a rose for her to lead to the night of unforgettable dining experience.Chef Ken Hom and Chef Pop are preparing a special four-course menu that will start with Fresh Baron Point Oyster with Salmon Roe and Green Mango Coriander Salsa. The second course comes with a refreshing Homemade Salmon Gravalax with Blue Swimmer Crab Meat served with Asian Citrus Pomegranate Dressing. The main course is “Roasted Canadian Lobster with Spring Onion Lime Beurre Blanc and Grilled Hokkaido Scallop with Creamy Caviar Champagne Sauce.” One word that can describe this main dish is splendid!
